Role Descriptions
Position 1 · ICP-MS Instrument Handler
About this role (ICP-MS Instrument Handler — Elemental Analysis): We are looking for an experienced ICP-MS Instrument Handler to operate and maintain our Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) system for trace and ultra-trace elemental analysis in a NABL-accredited testing laboratory. You will take ownership of the instrument — from sample preparation and calibration through analysis, quality control and routine maintenance — ensuring accurate, reliable results that meet ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Experience: 3–5 years (this role is open to experienced candidates only).
Key responsibilities
  • Operate, tune and calibrate the ICP-MS for multi-element trace analysis across a range of matrices (water, soil, food, environmental and related samples).
  • Prepare samples and standards — acid / microwave digestion, dilution and spiking — strictly following the relevant test methods.
  • Run analytical sequences and monitor instrument performance using internal standards, interference checks and detection-limit verification; troubleshoot drift and instrument issues.
  • Perform calibration and QC checks (CCV / CCB, LCS, MS / MSD, duplicates and blanks) and confirm results meet acceptance criteria before reporting.
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance — cones, nebuliser, torch and tubing — and coordinate instrument service and qualification.
  • Maintain complete records — raw data, run logs, calibration and maintenance logs — in line with quality and accreditation requirements.
  • Follow all laboratory safety, chemical-handling and waste-disposal procedures.
Who should apply
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry (or a closely related analytical science).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on ICP-MS operation in an analytical / testing laboratory — experienced candidates only (freshers do not meet the requirement).
  • Strong knowledge of sample digestion, trace-metal analysis, QC parameters and interference management.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 / NABL practices and disciplined documentation.
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Position 2 · Data Processing & Reporting Executive · Immediate Requirement
About this role (Analytical Data Processing, Validation & Reporting): This is a full-time laboratory data-operations role supporting the complete testing workflow — from sample login through data processing, validation and client reporting — using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You will work with analytical data, quality-control parameters and reports for an accredited testing laboratory, making sure every result is accurate, method-compliant and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
  • Sample check-in & log-in: receive the Chain of Custody (CoC) and create the job ID, then log in the job details — project name, matrix, tests and methods — accurately into the LIMS.
  • Data processing: transfer instrument data files, then integrate and quantify them by the respective method using chromatography data software, name and qualify the files, and save the output.
  • Result entry: enter sample results into the LIMS with all QC parameters (surrogate, internal standard, CCV, MS / MSD, LCS / LCSD, etc.) and update the relevant qualifiers.
  • Raw-data upload: attach raw-data files, sign off completed batches, and promptly flag any errors to the analyst.
  • Validation: review raw data, verify instrument performance and calculations, confirm method compliance, and ensure all quality-control checks pass before results are finalised.
  • Reporting: generate complete, accurate reports in line with the specified parameters and holding times, confirm all tests match the CoC, and deliver verified reports to clients.
  • Support project-management activities — reviewing previous-day login / draft invoices, handling client invoice portals, and assisting with login-data updates.
Who should apply
  • Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry.
  • Experience: 0–4 years — freshers with strong analytical-chemistry fundamentals are welcome to apply.
  • Good English communication — clear written and verbal skills for accurate data entry, coordination with analysts and client reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping discipline, and comfort with computers, spreadsheets and LIMS-type software.
Position 3 · AR / Collections Associate · Immediate Requirement
About this role (Accounts — AGT Labs, Houston, TX): We are recruiting an AR / Collections Associate for the Accounts Department at AGT Labs, Houston, TX. This is a work-from-home position working the night shift, 9 PM to 5 PM CST, and is open to female candidates only. All training will be provided. English proficiency is a must, and any degree in English or communication will be preferred. Experience: 0–2 years.
Key responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
  • Contact customers by phone, email or written notice to collect outstanding payments.
  • Send invoices, account statements, payment reminders and past-due notices.
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue invoices.
  • Maintain accurate notes of collection calls, customer promises, disputes and follow-up dates.
Position 4 · Online Sales & Marketing Executive
About this role (Technical Client Support — Inbound / Outbound calling): This is a technical, client-facing role for someone who understands laboratory testing from the inside. You will be the voice of CVR Labs on the phone — attending every inbound call promptly and making outbound calls to clients and enquiries — and confidently explaining the technical details of our services: test methods, parameters, sample quantity and handling, turnaround time, accreditation scope, and how our reports support FSSAI, BIS, CPCB / TNPCB and export requirements. Because you already know the lab, you can answer client queries accurately, guide each client to the right test, and follow up on quotations, sample status and reports with confidence.

Please note — there are no sales targets in this role. We are not looking for target-driven selling. What matters most is being responsive on every call, explaining technical details and resolving client queries clearly, and maintaining complete, accurate records of every enquiry, call, quotation and follow-up.
Key responsibilities
  • Attend all inbound calls promptly and make outbound calls to clients, prospects and enquiries.
  • Explain the technical details of testing services — methods, parameters, sample requirements, turnaround time and accreditation scope.
  • Understand and resolve client queries accurately using your analytical-lab knowledge, and guide clients to the correct test.
  • Prepare and follow up on enquiries and quotations; coordinate sample status and report delivery with the lab team.
  • Maintain complete records of every call, enquiry, quotation, client interaction and follow-up in the CRM / registers.
  • Handle online / digital enquiries (website, email, WhatsApp) with the same technical clarity and prompt response.
Who should apply (mandatory)
  • Only candidates with prior analytical-laboratory experience should apply. You must be able to explain testing and technical details from real, hands-on lab knowledge.
  • Experience working in the lab as an Analyst or Senior Analyst is a strong added advantage.
  • Clear spoken communication, a patient and helpful telephone manner, and strong record-keeping discipline.
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry (or a closely related analytical science).
🎓 Training & technical support
Full training will be provided during your first month, so you can confidently attend calls and explain our services, tests and processes. And you are never on your own with technical questions — for deeper technical details, our respective lab department heads will always help you clarify the correct test and confirm whether a particular test is within our scope (whether we carry it out or not) before you respond to the client.
Position 5 · Tele Calling – Accounts
About this role (Tele Calling — Accounts): This is a simple, day-to-day tele calling role in our accounts function — not a senior finance position. Your main job is to call and email clients to follow up on pending and due amounts, note down what they say, and keep clear records of every follow-up.

Any graduate can apply. Experience: 0–2 years.
Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to clients to follow up on pending and overdue payments.
  • Track outstanding invoices, payment due dates and commitments, and follow up until payment is received.
  • Coordinate with the internal accounts team to reconcile receipts, share payment updates and flag disputes.
  • Maintain clear, complete records of every call, email and commitment related to collections.
  • Handle client payment queries professionally while maintaining a good working relationship.
Who should apply
  • Comfortable with outbound tele calling to clients.
  • Any graduate can apply.
  • Confident telephone and email communication, persistence, and a polite, professional manner.
  • Good record-keeping and follow-up discipline; basic comfort with spreadsheets / accounting software is a plus.
